The coffeepot unmarked but I believe it to be American, possibly by Freeman Porter. Freeman Porter worked out of Westbrook, Maine beginning in 1835. This maker is listed in "Guide To American Pewter" by Carl Jacobs, page 147, where a tall coffeepot was valued at $45 back in 1957.   This great lighthouse coffeepot is offered here with a low reserve.DIMENSIONS:  The pewter coffeepot is 10 1/2" H. x 6" W. x 10 3/8" L. from the tip of the spout to the back of the handle. CONDITION:   The condition is very good with some scratching and minor dents to the body. There is also a small spot of solder that is visible on the underside of the base.  From the inside the only thing that can be seen is the inside base so any repair doesn't go all the way through. to the teapot but no damage or repairs.  This fine lighthouse shaped coffeepot displays well and would be a welcome addition to any collection.
