Very nicely figured cherywood chosen for the construction of this piece (see photographs).  In excellent condition. Structurally, the chest is solid with no loose joints. Constructed using hand-made dovetail joints and mortise & tenon joints. The  brass pulls are old replacements and of the appropriate style for the period. Two of the pine backboards have been replaced.  Everything else is original. The chest measures 43" wide by 20 1/2" deep by 41 1/2" tall.   All items we sell are guaranteed to be as described.
