It weighs approx 7-8 pounds, so its very well made, very sturdy and strong. It is complete with paper chart as shown. The serial number is 38445 and the serial number is K 15753 and is chart number 39. Complete with glass ink well and ink dropper/pen. Has locking mechanism and both are in perfect working condition.
