The set of four bentwood chairs consist of two armchairs and two side chairs. Designed by Norman Cherner and manufactured by Plycraft, surely are great example mid-century modern design at it's best. Constructed of lighter wood, with black upholstered cushions would look great in many locations in ones home. One armchair measures 31 inches ( 79cm) in height, 26 inches (66cm) in width at the arms, 22 1/2 inches (57cm) in depth at the seat. One sidechair measures 31 inches (79cm) in height, 17 inches (43cm) in width at the seat, 17 inches (43cm) in depth at the seat. Condition The overall conditon of the chairs is good. I think that the chairs were refinished earlier, that is apparent by layer finish over the old tags. One armchair has two replaced screws. One side chair has one screw missing, The other side chair has one replaced screw. The other armchair has three replaced screws. On both armchairs there are some chips to the top edge of the chairs.  The fabric is in good condition.
