We estimate it is from the 1940's because of the type of hallmark. The bowl is 1 3/8" by 2", and entire length of piece is 5 1/4", weighs 32gm or 1.2oz and the bowl is hand hammered.  The condition is excellent. There has never been a monogram. It is  marked with the Jensen  logo and "STERLING DENMARK 21" .
