There is three similar touchmarks on base which show the words "17 PROB ZIN 51" (date 1751) and the maker mark "HTM" along with provincial markings (see close-up photo below) which might be Germanic States in origin.To see some similar examples from the 1750's see pgs.131-133 in PEWTER OF THE WESTERN WORLD 1600-1850 by Horsnby.There is some surface wear & knife marks, etc. from use but overall in excellent condition with a nice smooth patina with very little surface pitting.
